POSITION SUMMARY
The Adprom Coordinator is responsible for implementing promo strategies in accordance with the objectives (target market, material, budget) set by the management. The Adprom Coordinator's key responsibility is to execute overall promo plan for all program of the unit from pre-launch to finale covering all platforms.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with assigned Account Heads/Officers of Marketing and CCM in conceptualizing and finalizing initial Promotion Plan and present to Head, Ad Prom prior presentation to Business Unit Heads.
- Creates art cards and edits video content for social media posting
- Informs Marketing and CCM about newly approved concept and sets initial meeting with the show’s respective Business Unit Head, Executive Producer and Unit Creative Head to discuss (1) Program branding and Strategy (2) Program, Character and Artists Brand Essence.
- Executes show’s approved promo plan for various platforms (i.e., On-Air, On-Ground, Music, Print, TV Appearances, Licensing, CCPMG, RNG and TFC) and continuously conceptualizes for selected platforms post-launch of show (i.e., Press conference (Print), Screening, Parties, Charity events, launch of OST and license project, TV appearances, Social Media Concepts) if and when applicable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of Communication Arts/Film/Design/Multimedia/Advertising or any related course
- Skilled in graphic designing and video editing
- Has keen eye in design and layouts
- Familiar with managing various social media platforms
- Time management and organizational skills
