Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Prepares the financial package, including journal entries, income statements, balance sheets, and income tax provisions.
- Prepares monthly journal entries for various accruals, receipts, and sales revaluation.
- Allocates transportation expenses and manages unrealized forex gains or losses.
- Reconciles balance sheet and income statement accounts, including intercompany transactions.
- Support functions like employee advance liquidation and month-end close processes.
- Initiates systems for continuous improvement and performs other assigned duties.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Working knowledge of finance and accounting functions.
- Attention to detail and ability to explain financial details.
- Understanding of Philippine finance, accounting practices, and tax laws.
- Ability to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
