Responsibilities
- Assist with data and maintenance for the Sales Support Database including researching, updating, and compiling corporate information such as project profiles, CVs, and other standard materials for proposals and improvements for the database.
- Generate formatted documents from the database, provide QAQC, and clean-up
- Assist with proposal formatting in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools as needed
- Work and support Regional and Local Pursuit Teams with the coordination and development of creative, compelling, and quality end-to-end proposals.
- Assist with typing, formatting, researching, updating, and compiling information such as project profiles, CVs, and other information for proposals, spreadsheets, or presentations related to positioning and responding to client requests.
- Contribute, participate and support continuous process improvement of PSET.
- Perform other pursuit-related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency with MS Office Application. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is an advantage.
- Preferably one year of administrative experience.
- Bachelor's degree in (Preferably Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering related, etc.) or another relevant field
- Good English communication skills both verbal and written with strong computer skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, and high-volume tasks and respond to last-minute requests and compressed schedules.
- Ability to take initiative and exercise commitment and dedication while working independently or with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps in the consistency of a document/task.
