Responsibilities
- To provide administrative support in the recruitment process including but not limited to receiving and tracking pre-employment requirements and quality checking for compliance with the submitted critical requirements from the Recruitment Team
- To assist in the finalization and completion of 201 files to be transmitted to the HRIS team for the upcoming starters
- To assist in the endorsement of applicants for a pre-employment medical exam
- To administer and score pre-qualifying examination
- To be involved in tasks related to automation projects of Recruitment
- To manage and update the tracker
- Other special projects and ad hoc task/s to be given by the Recruitment Team

Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA Psychology or related field) holder
- Previous work-related experience is preferred but not required.
- Pro-active, result-oriented, resourceful, analytical, and keen on details
- Background in handling HR functions (especially in recruitment) is an advantage
- Proficient with various software applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
