Everyone is appreciative of the work you do regardless of their rank. They give constructive feedback when needed or when you request it. They are also easy to talk with. They also endorse you to others if you are looking for workload and need help to look for some.

The culture in our company invites confidence in us to approach our managers, and they are really approachable. They invite questions. They also teach us what we need to know, whether be it technical or related to soft skills. When they give us comments, they point out the good and gently tell us the points for improvement.

I can confidently say that managers and team leaders at Aurecon are very welcoming and approachable. As a newly hire, I always feel ashamed of getting near them. But luckily, they are the ones initiating and encouraging conversations most of the time. Little by little, I'm building up the confidence to talk with them.

They are approachable for any problems and for any help that you would need. They are casual to talk towards and are very respectful.
