JOB PURPOSE
The Digital Engagement Officer (Customer Engagement) is responsible for increasing customer digital awareness and maturity of AXA’s digital assets. He/She will create and execute effective communication strategies to drive customer engagement by increasing the visibility of AXA’s digital assets, and will strive to increase brand affinity through social media and other relevant channels. He/she will support the Transformation & Technology Team to ensure the creation of effectiveness messaging and content to key stakeholders. He/She also will aid to increase the digital capabilities of distributors and employees as the need arises, through online and on-the-ground communication efforts to spread effective messaging and communications to support the relevant stakeholders.
CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Brand Awareness
Major Activities:
- Strategize and execute effective communication campaigns through social media channels to increase awareness of digital assets.
- Research on digital marketing trends and recommend use of new techniques, technologies and strategies to increase reach and scope of customer engagement.
Output:
- Social media posts highlighting digital assets at AXA Philippines
- Effective content planning, strategy and execution in support of digital assets
Employee Digital Awareness
Major Activities:
- Ensure sustained communication to key stakeholders of digital assets through digital campaigns
- Write, layout, and plan content in partnership with the Distribution Digital Transformation Team, PLTD and other departments to effectively implement programs aimed at increasing employee digital maturity across the organization.
Output:
- Multimedia content targeted to specific segments (AG and BA)
- Collaterals (presentations, communications) relating to initiatives that help increase digital maturity.
- Digital content, email blasts and other content to support initiatives aimed at building digital capabilities across the organization.
Transformation communications
Major Activities:
- Work closely with key stakeholders within Transformation Team to create communication materials for different purposes
- Creative Execution of internal and External Communications
Output:
- Presentation collaterals
- Digital Communication materials such as e-mail blasts, social media content, etc.
- Employer Brand Awareness/ Reach of digital content
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Qualifications: Graduate of Mass communication, journalism, marketing or equivalent
Relevant Experience:
- Advertising agency experience preferred
- 1-3 years of working experience in corporate communication and digital marketing.
- Digitally savvy with a working knowledge of web and multimedia media production tools and processes, social media management
- Creative writing/content writing is preferred
