Contract and Collation Support for Amicassa Process Solutions, Inc. (AMICASSA), is a business process outsourcing company that provides after-sales administration support to the Residential Business Group of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI).
Responsibilities
- Prepare contracts such as Contract to Sell (CTS), Deed of Absolute Sale (DOAS), Deed of Cancellation,(DOC), Deed of Assignment (DOA), etc.
- Review all contracts prepared to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor accounts due for contract preparation, releasing, and notarization.
- Secure and collate documents necessary for the preparation of contracts.
- Prepare transmittals, cover letters, etc. for the contracts to be released.
- Prepare a copy of the Developer's Transfer Certificate Title (TCT) and Tax Declaration (TD) for certification.
- Collate the necessary documents for endorsement of accounts to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Registry of Deeds (RD), and Assessor's Office (AO).
- Consolidate and monitor all Certified True Copy of Title, Tax Declaration, Certified True Copy of Transfer Tax, and Real Property Tax Clearance (RPTC).
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that is deemed necessary for the accomplishment of the project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate of Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Must have a pleasing personality and the capacity to work in a team.
- Must be keen to detail, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.
- Amenable to be assigned in Makati, Taguig, Muntinlupa, and Cebu Offices.
- Amenable to render overtime when the need arises.
- Fresh graduates from college or senior high school/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
