Customer Care Center Specialist for Amicassa Process Solutions, Inc. (AMICASSA), is a business process outsourcing company that provides after-sales administration support to the Residential Business Group of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI).
Responsibilities
- Ensures the timely and accurate processing of post-booking inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Generates information from all available resources.
- Coordinates with other units within Amicassa on the early resolution of requests of clients received via phone and emails.
- Interfaces with other units of the Ayala Land, Inc.
- Monitors and ensures resolution at the committed time of long-term inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Conducts baseline analysis.
- Replies to buyers’ requests within the set turn-around time.
- Prepares real-time monitor/report of accounts handled.
Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in any field OR Associate's degree holder but with strong customer service experience/certificates.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Has the willingness to learn different processes of the company.
- Customer Service experience in any industry is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
