Internal Audit Associate for Amicassa Process Solutions, Inc. (AMICASSA), is a business process outsourcing company that provides after-sales administration support to the Residential Business Group of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI).
Responsibilities
- Establishes, manages, and promotes the standing of Internal Audit activity.
- Develops and maintains IA policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains strategic and operational risk-based audit plans.
- Develops and prepares engagement plan and engagement work program.
- Communicates the results of the internal audit engagement to relevant stakeholders.
- Manages and reviews the internal audit engagement outcome.
- Finalizes the audit report
- Assess stakeholder action plans and monitors implementation progress.
- Prepares and presents the quarterly Internal Audit Report to ALI CAE, Amicassa CFO, and Amicassa President.
- Utilizes audit software and data analytical tools to enhance efficiencies in the audit process.
- Such other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by C&A Lead, ALI CAE, Amicassa CFO, or Amicassa President.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Internal Audit, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Must have a pleasing personality and the capacity to deal with different levels of people.
- Analytical and process-driven.
- Exposure to computer applications and knowledge of SAP Module is a plus.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Has good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willing to undergo a 2-3 month training program.
