Job Overview

Property Consultant for Alveo Land, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Land.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Alveo projects through site/mall manning activities, advertisement, business presentations, and follow-up calls.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Assists client in after-sales requirements.
• Maintains a positive relationship with clients.
• Meet required sales quota every quarter.

Qualifications

• A graduate of any 2 or 4-year course.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• With pleasing personality.
• Knowledge and experience in Sales/Real Estate is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fast learner, can work under pressure, and is goal-oriented.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Makati or BGC area.
