YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery (includes KPI Analysis)

  • Support Bayer's global Talent Development & Acquisition process by answering process-related inquiries, providing support on Talent Development tools, giving training on tool handling, offering support on implementations and roll-outs and testing of corrections and developments.

Issue Management

  • Consultative. Elevates regular transactions with issues to senior team members. Escalates non-standard and queries to the pre-defined matrix

Internal Projects and Innovation

  • Contributor. Participates in process improvement studies and initiatives.

Knowledge Management

Doer. 

Recognizes regular transactions and their appropriate handling. Understands core and related concepts on the subject matter.  Builds knowledge through repetitive practice. 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably with HR background
  • Knowledge of common HR activities preferably in the area of learning and training
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Strong hands-on attitude along with self and time management skills and a structured way of working
  • High level of flexibility to be able to react to changing situations
  • The mindset of challenging the status quo and embracing change in an ever-evolving business environment
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong focus on service excellence and a passion for working in an international setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation

My role as an associate, my daily tasks revolve around verifying, analyzing, and posting of invoices in accordance with the company’s accounting procedures. I ensure that issues affecting payment of invoices are resolved on time.

My main responsibiliy is to assist our Expert and my Associates to ensure smooth and efficient operation on day to day basis. In IPC, our main goal is to ensure payment on time. On a team level perspective, we need to ensure that invoices are handled correctly based on prioritization and in a timely manner. I also act as the first point of contact of the associates should there be any issues or concern related to the process. Also, im in charge for daily and monthly monitorings like Tax and WF3 rejections, Baseline dates etc. and act as the back up for Expert's monitoring activities and reports like Backlog assignments and KPI analysis. Together with our Expert, we are also in charge during collaboration calls and meetings with our counterparts (ex. Front Office ) I also work extensively with our leader ship team (Expert, Senior Expert and Team Lead) should there be any escalations in the team, or any process improvements or alignments and issue resolution if any.
