Salary at Bayer GBS Manila

Our company is very generous with its pay and bonuses and given on time.

The company is generous when it comes to pay and incentives.There are cash grants when an employee rendered a specific number of years of service which is a good thing/ acknowledgment for employee's loyalty.

I think Bayer is very generous and provides good compensation even with the pandemic happening, which I am a lot grateful to.

The compensation package here is pretty good.

The pay could be bigger, I mean its okay but considering the cost of living in manila, almost half of my salary goes to rent. If they could offer quarters for single employees that would be good. Bonuses are great, the basics are there, we also get allowances for office supplies and internet since its WFH setup.
