Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the Sr. Adviser, Ground Operations on administrative and clerical concerns
- Review all billing and payment advice for accuracy and ensures completion of supporting documents prior to the approval process.
- Coordinate distribution and shipment of Ground operations ramp equipment
- Prepare Business Travel Authorization (BTA), trip pass, and hotel accommodation and the corresponding Travel Expense Report of personnel on official travels
- Monitor and manage all incoming and outgoing documents, correspondences, memos, etc.
Qualifications
- Graduate with a bachelor's degree - preferably in psychology, business administration, tourism management, or any related field
- Preferably with previous administrative experience in an airline industry
- Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
- Must be a good communicator (verbal and written) with good interpersonal skills; can deal with and manage different personalities
- Must be organized (with keen attention to detail) and comfortable working within timelines/deadlines
