LEAD UX/UI DESIGNER

Primary Responsibilities:    

• Strategically manages and drives UX/ UI design projects from conceptualization to implementation
• Acts as a liaison to articulate feedback and design integrity of projects among designers, developers, product owners and product managers.
• Mentor other team members to help them develop their skills.
• Translates the overall vision and concepts from Product Managers into wireframes, mockups or prototypes, for final handoff to Development teams.
• Help identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs efficiently and intelligently.
• Produce designs that are user-friendly and which will bring in the highest conversion rates.
• Ensures the consistency in visual elements and develops and maintains style guide, screen designs/wireframes and prototypes, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or UX/UI Design
• Certified User-centered design practitioner
