Responsibilities

Manage Purchasing Process/Stock Delivering and Controlling for Promotion/Point of Purchase/Merchandise Materials

  • Coordinates with Marketing Coordinators of indirect and direct sales channels to obtain the agreed type of promotion/P2P/premium materials
  • Coordinates with purchasing team to obtain purchased items within agreed quality and budget. Audits at supplier sites and warehouses to ensure that all purchased items are in good condition in the right quantity
  • Manages, controls, and delivery of promotion/ P2P/ premium materials to support lubricants sales team: Distributors, Service Stations, ICM, and OEM
  • Provides controlling reports of promotion/ P2P/ merchandise materials to marketing coordinators for effective evaluation of promotion & brand building program, monthly

Marketing Advertising & Sales Promotion (A&SP) Budget Reporting and Controlling

  • Provides marketing A&SP budget reporting and controlling system to marketing coordinators for effective evaluation of spending effectiveness
  • Coordinates with Business Support Manager to ensure the accuracy of marketing A&SP budget utilization report.
  • Assist marketing coordinators and sales managers in preparing, monitoring, and controlling the accuracy of brand exposure in marketing-related events and local activities
  • Assist sales & marketing team for both indirect and direct sales channels in preparing marketing materials for marketing-related events and local activities
  • Communicates sales and marketing promotion campaign to all related parties
  • Represents sales & marketing team by regular visit marketing-related events and local activities to monitor and control the accuracy of brand & marketing exposure

Manage Administrative Tasks and Maintenance of Administrative & Control Processes and Report

  • Manages administrative tasks and processes i.e. issuing & processing Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders/Service Orders/Invoices for sales & marketing team on marketing-related items. Responsible for marketing team asset management and control to ensure that company assets are in good condition and all-time available for team use

Partnership Development

  • Develops and maintains a positive relationship with stakeholders; sales & marketing team, purchasing team, suppliers, business support, agencies (research, advertising, media), press, current & potential strategic alliances, and supply chain to improve performance and achieve marketing objectives

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree; any Business course is a preference
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Must have successful track records
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Able to direct advertising /media agencies, and research agencies
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles such as margin, product costing, and operating expense
  • Note that this is for 1-year contractual employment
