Ensured the client's significant manual and computerized systems and procedures, overall business operations, and industries were understood, documented, and evaluated for use in audit work. Always aware of significant problems and opportunities in the client's operations.
Mainly responsible for the preparation of reports, tax returns, management letters, and other communications to the client.
Met the profession's and the Firm's technical standards as established in current professional pronouncements and the Firm's policies; always informed of current technical developments and pending matters important to the profession and clients.
Familiar with commonly encountered tax, SEC, or other regulatory reporting matters as appropriate.
