Assist in the planning, preparation, facilitation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs aimed at meeting the learning and professional development of staff members.
Assist in the preparation and development of the annual learning plan and budget.
Facilitate new-hire orientation.
Manage and monitor the implementation and completion of e-learning programs; monitor and track the completion of individual learning requirements of all staff members.
Assist training facilitators and participants by setting up the training venues, preparing training materials, scheduling attendees, and disseminating pre-work and participant materials; oversee the registration, attendance monitoring, and other logistical requirements during training programs; provide assistance to external facilitators before, during, and after the delivery of the training program.
Ensure the proper and efficient use of training facilities, resources, and equipment.
Monitor the assessment, evaluation, and summary of training programs.
Maintain training attendance records in the training database; provide CPD certificates, certificates of training, and similar documents requested by staff members; prepare and submit to the Board of Accountancy, and similar bodies, requirements for the CPD accreditation of technical and soft-skills training programs and e-learning courses.
Prepare assignment letters and other related documentation for mobility participants.
Issue resignation alerts; generate leave balance ledgers for resigning staff members; monitor and endorse clearance forms to Finance; prepare last pay documents; and respond to queries and requests related to clearance processing.
Perform other HR-related administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, psychology, behavioral sciences, management, or similar fields is preferred
