Your role
Work you will do as an IT Intern:
To learn how to handle and manage tickets in Service Now.
Active participation in the implementation of technology infrastructure, as well as day-to-day operational responsibilities, such as performing technology refresh or Win OS deployments/upgrades.
To assist in providing technical support for internal end users on their computing hardware and software on an operational basis and ensure the smooth operation of technology.
Support the team in providing technical guidance to internal users regarding the use of computers and networks to satisfy business needs.
Assist in installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows 10 or any other authorized systems.

About you

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any similar field.
None required work experience.
Required skills:
Above-average skills in written and spoken English.

Well-developed presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals.
