IT Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Work you will do as an IT Intern:

• To learn how to handle and manage tickets in Service Now.
• Active participation in the implementation of technology infrastructure, as well as day-to-day operational responsibilities, such as performing technology refresh or Win OS deployments/upgrades.
• To assist in providing technical support for internal end users on their computing hardware and software on an operational basis and ensure the smooth operation of technology.
• Support the team in providing technical guidance to internal users regarding the use of computers and networks to satisfy business needs.
• Assist in installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows 10 or any other authorized systems.

About you

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any similar field.
• None required work experience.

• Above-average skills in written and spoken English.

• Strong administrative, planning, and organizational ability.
• Well-developed presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals.
