Your role
Work you will do as a Talent Acquisition SR&T Intern:
Talent Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on specific job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
Candidate Engagement: Regularly communicate with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback throughout recruitment.
Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent acquisition strategies.
Support Employer Branding: Contribute to the development of content for social media, career pages, and recruitment marketing materials.
Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including preparing interview materials and onboarding documentation.

About you
To apply for the role, you must have the following requirements:
Currently pursuing or completed Degree and open for internship.
Business/communication faculty grads are preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Resourceful and driven.
