Assist with day-to-day processing matters pertaining to Singapore employment, dependant passes which includes the entry approval applications and immigration related compliance matters etc
Handle (written and verbal) queries or request for information from assignee
Draft replies queries from clients, or requests for advice from Deloitte global network
Work collaboratively with other team members globally to address immigration queries
Maintain several client worksheets to ensure up to date employee records
Be in charge of monitoring and assigning immigration-related queries to the relevant team members in a Salesforce system
Ensure that these queries are first touched within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Check and verify Right-To-Work (RTW) documents across APAC countries
Work collaboratively with other team members globally to address immigration queries
Maintain several client worksheets to ensure up to date employee records
Assist in the allocation of inbound immigration cases to team members
Generate and prepare monthly and ad hoc reports
Include the handling of various administrative tasks relating to the management of client programs, including updating of a case management tool, drafting of bills, etc
Monitor a shared mailbox
Collate and record government transaction receipts for billing purposes.

Requirements
Graduate of Accountancy / Business / Finance. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
