Technology Strategy & Transformation Graduate Analyst Program (Rolling Intake)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Support project teams in providing end-to-end advisory and formulate technology-enabled solutions. 
• Manage business requirements gathering and support solutions prototyping. 
• Engage clients in discussions and validate solutions. 
• Develop trusted client relationships and ensure quality assurance. 
• Coach project teams and maintain operational excellence. 
• Meet clients regularly to define problem statements and develop proposals.

About You:

• Candidates should be in their final year or recent graduates with 0-2 years of experience. 
• Strong academic performance in IT, Business Information Systems, or related fields. 
• Experience in IT Strategy, Transformation, Operations, or Optimization. 
• Understanding of IT trends like cloud computing and blockchain. 
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Fluent in English.
