The training and development programs at Emerson are very flexible and it really helps me to know things such as their systems and processes of works to be done.

Emerson really support growth within the company, and working there for awhile allowed me to strengthened my soft skills through corporate training and the formal job training.

I'm happy that Emerson has a lot of training in the newbie. It is helpful to us, especially if you are fresh graduate.

Throughout my internship, I developed a deeper appreciation for the importance of accuracy and compliance in financial operations. The experience not only improved my technical skills in auditing and data management but also taught me the value of precision and thoroughness in maintaining financial integrity. Working under the guidance of Ms. Magtulis and alongside the dedicated team at Emerson has been an invaluable learning experience that I will carry forward into my future career endeavors.

We had a workshop about the transition to corporate environment. I have learned a lot about how to prepare myself for a company I will be applying for. One thing is to how to make a resume and find the right company me.

We recently had a workshop called "Transitioning to Corporate Environment". Wherein we interns got to know each other and collaborated. There, I learned how to know oneself and learn to become an ideal young professional. We were also taught how to create a network, do well in job interviews, as well as in the professional setting. There are various activities which helped us apply what we learned during the workshop.

Since my on boarding day, I attended a lot of training and development programs. I learned a lot of skills that I can use not only within the organization but also in my daily life.

The training period is great since they give enough time to adjust in the working environment and provided basic training that is useful not just on your work but also in your daily basis. There is a classroom training for the foundational skill trainings which include, call handling practices, presentation skills, proper email guideline, basic grammar, cultural awareness etc. There is also a training regarding to the responsibilities of your role and they will give you an assigned trainer to help you familiarized with the work and will give hands on access on the real work.

As an intern, the company offers a workshop training called "Transitioning to Corporate Environment". This is a full-day workshop filled with activities and engagements together with my fellow interns. It covers relevant discussions about what we should and shouldn't do, as well as what to expect when transitioning from the school environment to the workplace. Apart from this, the company has his leadership program for passionate and committed individuals determined to becomeleaders.

I haven't received any formal training yet, but when the team trained me about how to do the tasks, they were all accommodating and encouraged questions.

The training and development we had in our training was the training that I wasn't expecting. It covers all the training we need from the company, role, and the different business unit.

The training & development programs provided by Emerson is very efficient and effective when applied on the actual work processes. They provide foundational trainings, especially on the new hires to ease the transitional period.

We have a learning and development team that helps us in constantly improving our skills and abilities.

Training and development programs are composed of virtual and actual learning. It enhances my communication, presentation, and technical skills.

As one of the products of the University Training Program, trainings and classes experience are the best things for us to have a smooth transition. We are able to absorb the work culture, workload, and our responsibilities in work.

The training that will have been a big help to us, especially the training title "Transfer to Corporate Environment" because as a graduating student we have a tip already how to be prepared in that situation. Second, the task that I have in my team, it can help in our future profession.

Before assigning us to each team as new hires, they first trained us by giving us trainings like the University Training Program designed for recent graduates who are unfamiliar with the environment and position as well as the Foundational Skills Training.
