Your role

• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Rotates through the divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present the final project during the internship.
• Learns and becomes proficient in internal software systems.

• Have business development skills to identify and attract new businesses to the region.
• Have a strong understanding of economic principles and can conduct an economic analysis to assess the potential impact of proposed economic development projects.
• Can perform financial analysis to assess the financial viability of proposed projects.
• Can communicate effectively and build trust to gain support for economic development initiatives.
