Ensures production of quality reports, accuracy and actionability of holistic customer-centric insights, accuracy, and executability of models
DATA BUILD & WHITELISTING
•Define Squad data requirements and support Train Lead to drive delivery
•Liaises with external teams to identify and extract data required for generating campaign and/or rewards and/or loans insights
•Creates whitelists and other data-driven requests to support squad’s deliverables, if necessary
DATA VISUALIZATION & REPORTING
•Define Squad Dashboard & reporting requirements
•Regular maintenance and delivery of simple-moderate complexity Dashboard & Report modifications, endorse High complexity to Train lead - for CDA-Data Viz team delivery
•Squad SPOC for KPI standardization - in collaboration with Train lead & CDA Data Build Team
•Ensure timeliness and accuracy of squad dashboards & reports
•Lift accuracy of forecasting models/outlook of squad KPIs
DATA INSIGHTING
•Collaborate with the squad leader in defining the right business questions, answerable by data & insights
•Develop the squad’s insight framework (data requirements covering internal, external, qualitative, and quantitative, methodology/approach, target date) to answer the pertinent business questions.
•Creates and continuously updates robust portraits of squad-level target consumer segments based on insights, behaviors, and sentiments (ex. MDS Lapser Profile, Loans Taker Profile, Rewards Redeemer Profile)
•Assist campaign designer and business analyst in testing campaign hypotheses
•Assist campaign designer and business analyst with an output of statistical models and their usage
•CRM: Provide squad level insights based on data from the customer, campaign, and channel interaction history, Lead squad level campaign deep, dives, post mortems & recommendations to lift campaign & channel response & efficiencies; Support the development of Squad Campaign level P&L - for integration by train insights & reports lead
DATA SCIENCE, MODELING, ADVANCED ANALYTICS
•Drive and Define Squad-specific Modeling Requirements;
•Deliver models if the squad has capability/capacity, endorse to Train lead model requirements that are beyond the squad’s capability & capacity
CRM: Deliver squad Customer Path to purchase models (ie Sanky charts) to define a customer’s end-to-end journey & path to purchase; Next Best Offer Models (in collaboration with CDA Data Science), Collaborate with CDA (EDO-AA w/ FV Tribe MS) on higher level models such as Next Best Offer / Offer Optimization and maintenance/monitoring of existing CRM models (ie Churn, Product propensity, Missed Reg, Uplift Models
