Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Perform network health checks and system/CDR backups.
- Conduct corrective maintenance and restore network/system faults within SLA.
- Support Engineering, TIER1, and TIER2 teams in issue resolution.
- Update site databases using CNFM digital tools.
- Monitor and collaborate on building structure, equipment layout, electrical power, and air conditioning/ventilation to ensure site facility system availability.
- Monitor network criticality and escalate threshold breaches.
- Assist in monitoring asset changes and ensure protection according to standards.
- Track and resolve corrective actions for findings.
- Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, document, report, and address non-compliance.
- Identify and escalate operational concerns and improvement needs.
- Support projects by reviewing TSSR and MOP, participating in surveys, providing input, and monitoring project progress and compliance.
- Participate in trainings, meetings, cascades, and coaching/mentoring sessions.
- Engage in supplementary activities such as audits and orientations.
- Collaborate with other teams for fault restorations, corrective maintenance, project support, and implementations.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor's/College Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Preferably a licensed Electronics Engineer.
- Open to fresh graduates with IT background (Unix, web-based HTML, PHP, Visual Basic macro language, Python, and Data Studio).
- Residency in Tarlac City or nearby areas.
- Automation and scripting skills are a plus.
- IP/IT work experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work on a shift schedule and willingness to relocate within North Luzon if needed.
- Required membership in a professional organization (if any).
