Digital and Innovations Culture Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Globe Telecom is looking for interns to fill their Digital and Innovations Culture role and assist the company achieve their transformation from traditional to digital.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with ODs, contribute and assist in the execution of OD programs 
• Immerse in CMG to study the current org, ideate and test roll out programs related to Innovation campaign and/or pushing forward digital culture
• Immerse in target divisions to identify gaps and opportunities to roll in rolling our Innovation and Digital Culture build campaigns.

About you

For the role, interns must have the following qualities:

• Able to build and lead program roll out based on insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
