The role

Our Perth Clerkship Program is a 4 week program designed for penultimate year students who are looking to be immersed in the legal profession and begin building invaluable networks, relationships and skills that will last throughout your career.

During your Clerkship, you will have the opportunity to rotate in two of our diverse practice areas including Corporate & Commercial, Workplace & Employment, Litigation, Energy & Resources and Projects. In each of your rotations, you will be allocated a supervising partner, coach and buddy, enabling you to work in a supportive and collaborative environment which will allow you to develop your legal skills. You'll get the chance to work on real matters and gain practical experience in a range of legal areas, including attending court hearings, attending meetings with clients, completing research tasks and working on complex legal transactions.

Upon completion of the Clerkship Program, you may be offered the opportunity to continue your Hamilton Locke journey as a Graduate.
