Are you a first-year university student looking to explore career pathways in law or other industries? Our Catalyst Diversity Program is a gateway to gain cross-industry exposure, develop professional and personal skills, and gain insight into the integral role of diversity and inclusion in business. This is your chance to step into a world of possibilities.

We welcome students from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to low socio-economic background, disability or caring for someone with a disability, First Nations, ethnicity or culturally diverse background, LGBT+ or veteran. 

What you'll do

During an immersive two-day, in-person program, you'll participate in workshops, group activities, and presentations to gain insight into the legal industry, explore diversity and inclusion, and develop skills needed to kick-start your career.

We'll also personally match you with a mentor from the firm who can offer personalised advice and guidance to support your professional growth and career planning post-program.

Key dates

  • Applications for the 2024 program are now open 
  • ​​​​​​Each year we offer 20-25 places per offices. The program dates are:
  • Melbourne: 2-3 December 2024
  • Sydney: 10-11 December 2024
