In our department, the first few months we are level 1 and after 2 years of work we get to be promoted as level 2. And for the next years to come with a good quality of work and astonishing performance we continue to move up our ranks.

There are definitely a lot of opportunities for promotions especially when moving up ranks as long as you make your intentions known to the proper people, although, it can seem a bit inconsistent at times when it comes to the transition process as the amount of work and the time when you plan to take on that transition period will greatly affect the way you are able to present the quality of your work.

It depends when an employee has seniors to help them transition especially when dealing with a developmental program.
The management is open and listens to employees' future plans within or outside the company.

HONESTLY, I REALLY CANNOT ANSWER THAT SINCE I AM NOT PROMOTED. I AM STILL WHAT I AM FROM START BUT STILL HOPING FOR PROMOTION BASED ON MY PERFORMANCE AT WORK. AND HOPING THAT IT WILL BE WORTHY ONCE THE DAY IT COMES.

I was a contractual employee at first but then I was absorbed as a Regular Staff after a while. Through my dedication and perseverance I was promoted to become an Assistant HR. Then around the pandemic time, I became an Officer and it actually came in as a surprise as I didn't expect I will be promoted then.
