Career Prospects at Marie France Group of Companies

As of now, I don't have any idea on how the promotion system works.

You need a good profile, be professional, create opportunities, improve your skills and be a leader

From what I can see, my co-workers were being promoted after 2 to 3 years of working. So maybe as long as we are doing our job and they see that we are potential employees, they are going to give us career progression.

I think it is base on your performance as a therapist on how you handle the clients not on how long you are working.

As of now, I can't provide yet my thoughts; hence, the rating I gave for now was 6. It is because I've only been here for a year, but I am looking forward to how our company provides promotion/career progression opportunities, as it is something that is crucial for employees like me who value career growth.

Honestly, I can't say anything since I'm still working in this company for a year. But from what I've heard, progression in the Recruitment team is way better than the other HR facets. It is a factor also to be promoted if you take further studies and also if you stayed longer in the company.
