They are very traditional in leadership and managing the team.

Its easy to approach they will gave us some advice also its easy to tell them about our problems in our center.

My senior and team leaders are all approachable. They are easy to talk to and they are there if I need them at the same time, they are letting me discover things on my own.

The manager is really great on handling the center including conflicts. She is also accessible to us therapists and house keeping. We can also open to her on our thoughts in work. She also give praises when we do great. But our head therapist is way opposite.

The managers are quite understanding and easy to converse with.

I can honestly say that based on our center-based and individual performance, our manager is a great mentor. Having good leadership can influence the output of each individual. We are highly recognized whenever we achieve something beneficial for the company.

While I was able to learn a lot from my manager, I feel that they tend to micromanage and that they tend to overload us with job orders.

I can say that our department manager is approachable, especially whenever I have clarifications. She also provides criticism that would be helpful in my improvement as an employee.

She is very fair and holds team meetings almost every month.

With the managers, specifically the HR Managers, they are really hands-on with us. They would always maintain professionalism yet comforting. They are open to recommendations and suggestions that will improve work's system.

They are approachable

Ms. Armi is the best manager for this center, firm but also very approachable. Treats us as equals but we have a lot of respect for her
