The approach of the interviewer was fast and the assessments are easy to understand.

They will asked you about your skills, knowledge, abilities and characteristics to what position that they are looking for

If they see that you are a potential employee, recruitment process are fast.

It was good and fast.

We were interviewed for a couple of times and I enjoyed the recruitment process.

It was a smooth interview, very detailed

Just fine there's initial interview and final interview.

The interviews and assessments were very thorough and the whole process was smooth.

I can say that during the time that I was hired, the hiring process of our company was quite fast compared to others. It is because they were able to offer me a contract on the same day of my final interview.

Mostly about the feasibility study and thesis were asked.

How many years that I worked in my previous job, what treatments that we have in my previous work etc.

Most of it were about the work experiences, behavioral, and situational questions.

Do I have a tattoo? Are you compatible for the work? Are you willing to work for this hours?

First, they asked me on a personal level. They asked me what my strengths and weaknesses are. Then, they asked what I know about the company. They also asked me about my college experience. They've asked about my internship experience. What I've learned about the experience. They also asked about me about thesis and feasibility study.

I was asked about the basic details about myself, current goals, and some of my future plans.

My personal background, achievement, my expectations for the company as well as the expected salary.

About the number of hours at work.

Mostly basic stuff during job interviews, but what I liked was that they asked about my family and economic background.

My recruiter asked me some personal questions and made me share my experiences at our university that are related to the job I am applying for.

They asked me what I know about the company, and ask me why they will hire me . What is my weakness and strength.

Learn the things about the company.

The only advice that I can give to people who wants to work in our company is be pro active and just be yourself

Research more about the company. They need to check if the mission and vision were aligned to what they want to pursue.

Be strong and enjoy the process.

First, have basic knowledge about the company. Prepare to introduce yourself. You should know your strengths and weaknesses. Your weakness shouldn't be literally a weakness. Your weakness should be a "good weakness". A weakness that isn't core to a job and is possible to work on. Explain in great detail how you can contribute to the company. Lastly, just be yourself and have fun.

Just be themselves and always smile.

Do their own research and be confident.

They should at least give us 2 day offs. Because one day off is too tiring and draining.

I would say that other than preparing how to answer in an interview and being ourselves, it is also a must to give importance to our appearance because first impressions will always have an effect on the hiring decision.

For a start, they should just be themselves. Be honest as much as they can especially with their willingness to work onsite. Always be presentable and on time every interviews.
