Working Hours at Marie France Group of Companies

Sometimes we were expected to extend to 1-2 hours to complete our tasks.

With good time management I think the work hours its manageable

5.5 days in week schedule. Monday to Friday is 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. For Saturday it's 8:00 am to 12:00 nn and it's all work onsite

Scheduling of work hours are good.

Saturday work is quite a tedious day to work at but it's a company policy so I must oblige. However in order to compensate for the Saturday shift, we were given a weekday half day which I think is okay.

I work 6 days a week and I find it very tiring.

The company is flexible, however, we spend almost our whole day in the office, sometimes we would even reach up to midnight. There is no proper work-life balance here.

I appreciate that our work schedule does not require us to wake up at 5am because we start at 9am; however, given that we have work on Saturdays, it would be great to have the whole weekends as our rest day to recharge our energy.

Work hours is 9 hours. But they say it is only 9 hours because lunch break is included but sometimes you won't be able to have your break because you're fully booked with clients.

Honestly, I want to express a bit of dissatisfaction with the working schedule especially the Saturday and Compressed work week schedule. But currently, I appreciate the company's initiative in restructuring the work schedule so that the employees can achieve work-life balance. They started with giving us 2 Saturday off per month, which is really a big start.
