Job Summary

The role performs collection activities for overlimit and front end (1-29 days) past due accounts. The role is also responsible for the achievements of the set targets, meeting the set standards collectively with other team members and compliance with policies and procedures.

• Acquire a deeper understanding on the Collections process
• Enhance your confidence as you deliver excellent customer service to our card users.

Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree holder; preferably a graduate of any business course
•  Experience in banking or credit card business is an advantage
•  Experience in dealing with external customers with varying requirements is an advantage
