Your role

• Receives, facilitates, and provides feedback upon receipt of FFE (Furniture, Fixture, Equipment) requisition.
• Ensures completeness of documents needed to process the FFE requisition.
• Evaluates requests for FFE according to standards set by policy.
• Process approval of FFE requisitions.
• Route endorsed and approved FFE requests to ITG, Security Command, and GSG.
• Monitors the service rate of FFE and supplies requests.
• Ensures the delivery of requested FFE.
• Ensures optimum level of BSC office supplies.
• Assists in the monitoring of the completion of branch construction based on the target completion date.
• Coordinates the branch opening requirements with the branch and various head office units.
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

About you

• Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course/Bachelor’s Degree with no failing grades.
• Experience in FFE (Furniture, Fixture, Equipment) requisition handling, processing, management, and/or other similar banking industry exposure is an advantage.
• Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand points being made, and being able to talk to other people clearly to convey information effectively.
• Reliable, responsible, dependable, and committed to fulfilling routinely administrative work.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
