Your role

• Responsible for the development of simple to medium complexity application design, programs, and related facilities according to approved business specifications, and regulatory and company standards.
• Participates in additional testing, including assembly test of RICEFW work units and system test
• Provides workaround for incident ticket and identified problems together with its root cause analysis (RCA) and proposes a solution
• Provides high-level assessment for application system change requirements and technical inputs for user requirements during the preparation of impact documents and business case documents
• Collaborates with the Business Analyst to provide design inputs and estimates in the preparation of requirements document
• Documents system design and program specification in the technical design document
• Writes programs and codes based on the approved technical design document
• Develop prototypes as needed
• Conducts unit testing on written codes to ensure the program performs per design at the unit level.
• Coordinates with a vendor or conducts own investigation and resolution of errors reported during SIT and UAT
• Maintain the systems once they are up and running in production, and perform production fixes or application enhancements as needed
• Performs the above function in compliance with the software development lifecycle standards of the company
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
