Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and logistical assistance in talent acquisition processes for sourcing of talents and applicant processing. Ensures timely, correct, and accurate applicant data in the talent acquisition database. 
• Responsible for setting up and arranging interview schedules
• Ensures regulatory and policy checks are completed
• Administers online examinations for staff candidates
• In charge of vendor management
• Support administrative tasks such as billings, contracts, payments
• Responsible for creating and generating reports and insights for management meetings

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Operations Management, or any related course
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of work experience
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment. comfortable in working with volume transactions
• Must be detail and process-oriented
• Good work attitude and highly trainable
