Relationship Associate (Rolling Intake)

Your role

As a Relationship Associate, your responsibilities include:

• You will service clients' daily requests, maintain updated data/information on accounts, and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and creditworthiness.
• Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
• Prepare a basic analysis/evaluation of the client’s proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
• Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.

About you 

To apply for the position, you must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Business related or accounting field.
• They are open to considering fresh graduates as well.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills.
