Excelerate (Management Trainee Program) (Rolling Intake)

Excelerate is Monde Nissin Corporation’s pioneer management trainee program. Across 18 months, selected candidates will undergo extensive leadership training, handle high-impact projects, and receive exclusive coaching from Monde Nissin’s very own industry leaders. As part of the program, trainees will be under the Consumer and Customer Development Group, where they will experience cross-functional exposure.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing or its equivalent
• High potential fresh grads or those with 1-2 years of working experience
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
