Job Description

Primary lead in sourcing high-value, high-volume materials, and services.
Negotiates prices, terms, giving the best profit and cost structure for the company using internal and external benchmarking;
Evaluate vendor performance based on agreed Key Performance Indicators and recommends actions to the Procurement Head.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any business, engineering, or science course. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering is an advantage.
With at least 5 years of procurement experience.
Experienced in high spend commodities hedging, souring for manufacturing services and support, CAPEX purchase negotiations
Skills Required: Mid-level Purchasing Expert, Team Capability Development, Strategic Ability, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Achievement
Willing to be assigned in Laguna and/or Pasig
