Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of food safety and quality systems for supplier quality development and validation of in-process products and processes. Conducts laboratory and production trial for testing and validation and monitors and reviews Manufacturing Processes. Willing to go on shifting schedule, 6 – days work week
BS Food Technology, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry, BS Microbiology and/or related course
