Your role
As an SAT Specialist, you will manage business and performance data for the Sales Associates Program and interprets, analyzes, and present findings in comprehensive reports. You will provide insights and recommendations to aid in developing strategies for the business based on data analysis. You are responsible to manage the business as usual (BAU) processes on back-end activities such as KRA points and cash incentive crediting, and data-related activities.

About you
- Bachelor's Degree holder in any Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, or any related fields
- Should have knowledge of the Bancassurance business and the regulations affecting the industry
- Must be strategic and planning skills, mathematical and analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and project management
- Should be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties; multi-tasking; detail-oriented
- Knowledge and analytics in MIS are a must

Pros

Cons
Some leaders are still too traditional.
The company should focus on their salary pay. For me, it's very low.
It's slow and really not discussed often - something to improve to keep people happy.
Complex processes can be simplified. Benefits can be improved.
There is nothing too negative! If I had to answer, it would be that SBC is only present locally.
