Responsibilities
Operations support to meet the requirements of SM Customer Care for inbound/outbound non-voice processing of SM Malls Online and other business units like SM Cinema, SM Malls, SM Tickets and MOA Arena
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
To attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services of SM Supermalls via email channels, SMS and chat channels
Opens customer accounts by recording/ updating account information like interactions and purchases
Administrative tasks such as coordination with mall branches/ BUs, data entry and processing of documents related to orders/ purchases based on guidelines and policies
Takes the extra mile to engage customer
Requirements
Open for Fresh Graduates
General Education degree or equivalent
Comfortable using computers, office tools/ ticketing system with good writing skills
Genuinely excited to help customers; patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
Experience working with customer support is an advantage
