Your role

• Provide assistance in troubleshooting equipment such as printers, computers, and servers.
• Run software updates and backups when requested and may participate in the set-up of new desktops, servers, or applications.
• Perform various administrative functions such as managing inventory, investigating unusual bugs or issues, and researching IT-related requirements.

Training, development & rotations

Every new Stratpoint team member is assigned two mentors: a technical mentor and a career mentor. 

• Technical mentor guides you through the technical skills you need to learn and ensures that you get the training and certification you need to develop in your chosen specialization.
• Career mentor, on the other hand, helps you to explore your career goals and to strategize how you achieve them.

About you

• Graduating student of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related course.
• Can commit more than 400 hours for the whole internship.
• Analytical and takes ownership of learning.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic.
• Has the ability to handle and be discreet on highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact well with diverse personalities.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and other GSuite Apps.
• Must have a personal laptop/computer and stable home internet connection of at least 3Mbps.
• Willing to report at least twice a week in Boni, Mandaluyong office.
