Salary at Stratpoint Global Outsourcing PH

The pay is as expected but the bonuses are quite hard to figure out. I our team we have night shifts and its hard to figure out how much night shift allowance Im getting since the pay roll is inconsistent.

It's only fair but I think we could have more bonuses

I did not expect it to be too low for my job role, considering the factors of inflation, but nonetheless, it was okay considering the work set-up and flexibility of work hours.

I think it can be a lot higher

They are good for an entry level position.

I was expecting them to add little more to my current basic pay (based from my previous salary), but I'm okay with it. Cause they gave us allowance.
