Your role

  • Assist in gathering and organizing HR data.
  • Help in configuring HR processes within the HRIS.
  • Create public materials for employees on how to use the system.
  • Draft and make announcements related to HRIS initiatives.

About you

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT or any related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creativity in developing engaging publicity materials.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Canva.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Can report onsite, as needed.
