Your role
- Assist in gathering and organizing HR data.
- Help in configuring HR processes within the HRIS.
- Create public materials for employees on how to use the system.
- Draft and make announcements related to HRIS initiatives.
About you
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT or any related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity in developing engaging publicity materials.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Canva.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Can report onsite, as needed.
