Solutions Designer Cadet (Rolling Intake)

The Role

As a Solutions Design Cadet at Stratpoint, you will embark on a comprehensive rotational program designed to build foundational skills across various technology and business domains. You will work closely with the CTO and Capability Leads, gaining hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Software Development, Quality Assurance, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AI Engineering, and Project Management. This position is ideal for individuals eager to explore different facets of the tech industry and develop a versatile skill set.

Your Team

You'll join a vibrant group of young cadets aspiring to become Solutions Designers and Solutions Architects. This team is composed of enthusiastic individuals like yourself who are eager to learn and grow in the field of technology and solutions design. Throughout the program, you will be trained by experienced technology experts who will provide you with the necessary expertise to succeed in your role.

In this team, you will:

• Collaborate with fellow cadets to tackle real-world business and technology challenges.
• Receive mentorship and guidance from industry professionals who are leaders in their fields.
• Participate in hands-on training and projects to develop practical skills and knowledge.
• Build a strong foundation in various technology domains, including business analysis, systems analysis, software development, quality assurance, cloud engineering, data engineering, data analytics, AI engineering, and project management.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Solutions Design Cadet at Stratpoint Solutions, you will go through:

Rotational Training: Engage in an 18-month rotational program across key technology and business domains, spending 2 months in each area:

1. Business Analysis
2. Systems Analysis
3. Software Development
4. Quality Assurance
5. Cloud Engineering
6. Data Engineering
7. Data Analytics
8. AI Engineering
9. Project Management: PO, PM, TPM

• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow cadets and experienced professionals to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Hands-On Projects: Participate in real-world projects to apply theoretical knowledge and gain practical experience in various roles.
• Skill Development: Continuously develop your skills in different technology domains through structured training and mentorship.
• Feedback and Evaluation: Engage in regular feedback sessions and evaluations with mentors to track your progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Problem-Solving: Assist in identifying and solving business and technical problems, contributing to ongoing projects in coding, quality assurance, and project management.
• Mentorship: Receive guidance from technology experts, learning best practices and gaining insights into industry trends and innovations.
• Career Advancement: Prepare for a future role as a Solutions Designer and ultimately as a Solutions Architect, contributing to Stratpoint’s strategic initiatives and client success.

About You

You are/have: (required skills needed)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related degree.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
