What you will bring

We’re looking for candidates who have a strong interest in Software Engineering and currently studying an undergraduate degree like:

• IT & Communications (Software Engineering)
• Business / IT (Software Engineering)
• Computer Science (Software Engineering)
• Science (Computing, Software Engineering)
• Software Engineering (Telecommunications)

We’re also looking for graduates who are passionate about coding and all phases of the software development life-cycle and have experience or interests in any of the following:

• Cloud technologies
• Data services
• Automation
• Pipeline development
• Software/Web Development
• Security

Are you eligible to apply? 

To be eligible for the Career Start Edge program, you must have completed at least your first year of undergraduate study and must not be in your final year of undergraduate study. You will need to be available to work a minimum of 2 days per week for the duration of your remaining studies (we have flexible working arrangements so we are happy to work with you on what this looks like for you). International Students who have a valid visa that enables them to work in Australia are also eligible to apply.

What’s next?

• Eligible candidates will be sent a link to complete a HireVue recorded video interview and assessment task.
• Our team will assess all video applications. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a final day interview.
• If you are successful, we’ll complete final background checks and you’ll be sent your offer.
